All services are educational in nature and are provided to parents and caregivers for home implementation.

Phonics Foundations™ is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

  • We do not diagnose learning difficulties or developmental conditions

  • We do not provide clinical assessments

  • Any concerns about a child’s development should be referred to a qualified health or education professional

4. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change at any time

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultant-Led Programs & Sessions

  • No refunds are provided for change of mind

  • Missed sessions are not refundable

  • If a child misses more than 50% of a program due to illness, a make-up placement may be offered in a future program (subject to availability)

Parent Consultations

  • No refunds for cancellations or missed appointments

  • Rescheduling may be offered with sufficient notice (at our discretion)

Digital Products (Parent-Led Program)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided once access has been granted

6. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered via download or access link after purchase

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct email details are provided

  • If you experience issues accessing your product, please contact us

You may:
